1. Navigate to Account Settings.
2. Select Account and then API Settings from the sidebar on the left.
3. Click the Generate New API Keys button.
4. Submit the API Key, Secret, and Store ID with your Cahoot Account Application.
The Store ID can be found at the end of the URL in your address bar while in the store's settings window.
5. You must ensure that Amazon store is active. In ShipStation, confirm the "Store" used for your Amazon orders, then go to Settings > Selling Channels > Store Setup > Amazon store > Edit.
- Confirm 'Is Active?' = Checked.
- Confirm 'Allow this store to auto-update periodically?' = Checked
